Be Confident In Your Property Transaction
Every inspection will start on the roof and evaluate not only the roof surface, but also the chimney, the flashing, the eve’s trough, the ventilation system, the electrical service entrance, the plumbing stack, and any other systems or components located on the roof, and a quick thermal scan as we go.
Our next step is to inspect the exterior of the home. This is where we would like you to join us. We use a macro and micro approach to look at both the big picture and all the details. Again we conduct a scan with thermal imaging. This approach is helpful for you to see where any issues may be.
We want to assure you every step of the way, as a customer of ours we are taking the time to do detailed investigating and talk to you about what we are seeing at the same time we are looking at it. This approach we feel, will give you the most information about your home.
Also looking through the report at some later date it will be easier to recall were the heck it was we talked about that item. (No worries our report is quite detailed about locations of items in the home). But you being there, does help with the processes.

We then move inside the house, and starting at the bottom, work our way up through the home into the attic.
While inside, we will be discussing and explaining each system we look at with you, (feel free to ask questions at anytime, please). We will be looking at such things as the structure, the heating and cooling systems, the electrical and plumbing systems, the interior finishes, the insulation and ventilation. Test and operate accessories such as fireplaces and garage door operations.
Our evaluation is then discussed with you, on site, so you know right then. We do not pass or fail a house, we supply you with the knowledge you need to move this choice forward.
Within 24 hours you will receive a detailed inspection report electronically to your email address, which will include pictures and the details of all the systems in the home as we have discussed, as well as any recommended improvements. Some will have time lines for repairs if needed others will have cost estimates of recommended improvements.
This report will help you prioritize if there is a need for improvements or a possible plan to develop for your future in the home. You are free to call us for as long as you own the home, should you have the need to discuss our recommendations.
